A statement build with a vanishing edge that pulls the horizon line clean across the basin. A sunken living area with a fire pit drops below grade, and the elevation work gives the pool a deliberate, engineered feel without giving up day-to-day comfort.
Venice Geometric Modern
A clean, architectural build in Venice with a raised sun shelf, a spillover spa, and a pair of water bowls that give the space its sound. The spa and pool read as one connected piece while staying visually distinct, and the surrounding deck softens the geometry into something you can actually live in.
Sarasota Resort Oasis
A Sarasota build organized around a swim-up table that turns the pool into the gathering point for the whole backyard. An expansive sun shelf, an oversized flush spa, and color-changing lighting carry the space from daytime into evening, with an easy flow back to the covered lanai.
