Sarasota Resort Oasis

The brief was simple. Build a backyard that brings people together. The swim-up table sits at the center of the pool with in-water seating around it, and everything else in the design is laid out to support that: sightlines, walking paths, the way water moves through the pool.

The oversized flush spa keeps the surface plane unbroken so the pool reads as one piece, even with the spa dropped in beside it. LED bubblers run along the expansive sun shelf and break the surface in the shallow end. Color-changing lighting carries the space from golden hour into a warmer evening palette without flipping a switch.

The geometry stays relaxed. Multiple seating zones surround the pool, in and out of the water, and the layout flows back into the covered lanai without a hard transition. Hosting a quiet evening or a full house feels the same here, just at a different volume.
