Here’s What to Expect
Personal Callback Within 24 Hours
A Swim Inc. design consultant calls to introduce themselves, confirm your project details, and answer any questions. This is a listening call, not a pitch.
In-Home Design Appointment
Within approximately one week of your call, we schedule an in-home visit. We come to you. A designer builds your pool design in 3D software at your kitchen table. You leave the same day with photos of your pool.
Your Design, Before You Commit
The 3D design is yours to review and refine. We do not ask you to sign anything until you have seen the final design, reviewed the full proposal, and chosen your materials. You know the number before you sign.
Property Survey Note
A current property survey is required before the design appointment. If you do not have one, we can help you source it quickly. Most surveys take 1 to 2 weeks.

Most property surveys cost between $400 and $800 and take 1 to 2 weeks. We can recommend a licensed local surveyor in Sarasota if you need one.
